Despite its title (“Why Paleo isn’t always the best for CrossFit performance and what to do about it”) the interview offers great info on what Paleo is and how it is incorporated into CF and athletics.

What can I say about Quest Bars? I eat a TON of these things! There has never been a protein bar with such high quality natural ingredients that provide a great blend of macronutrients. They also taste fantastic and are relatively low in calories for the amount of nutrients you receive. My favorite flavors are Cinnamon Roll, Coconut Cashew, and Strawberry Cheesecake but I don’t think you can’t go wrong with any of them!
