CrossFit – Where it all began! This is the main web site for CrossFit (CF). Developed by Greg Glassman CF is defined as “constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity.” If you are new to the sport this should be your first stop. There is a workout of the day (WOD) posted daily as well as information for beginners through the advanced CrossFitter. Some main topics of interest include the daily WOD, CrossFit Journal, CrossFit Training (for this interested in becoming CF qualified), and a CF Affiliate locator where you can find a CF box near you.
